Participation in the campus immersion is completely optional, and students who choose to attend will need to bear the cost of travel and accommodation.

If your end-of-trimester exams coincide with another university’s exam window, critical work deliverables, travel, or personal events, you may shift your exams to the next trimester. - Defer selectively or fully
Choose to defer one, several, or all course exams from the current trimester, so you can focus, reduce stress, and maintain high performance. - Keep Your Academic Progress Intact
Deferring simply moves the exam to the next available sitting; your course grade will be awarded once you take and pass that exam. No marks are lost, and your programme timeline remains unaffected.
